Patrick Malloy Communities has won consistently over the years at the Annual OBIE Awards held each fall. Patrick Malloy Communities has won 61 Professionalism Awards from 2017 – 2023 including two Community of the Years Awards.
This year’s event was hosted by The Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association. The event marked the 43nd annual Professionalism (OBIE) Awards celebration and was held on Saturday, October 21, at the Georgia Aquarium in downtown Atlanta. With over 100 different categories, the OBIE awards celebrate outstanding achievements in homebuilding and highlight those in the homebuilding industry for excellence in building, marketing, and personal achievement.
