Atlanta, Georgia (November 13, 2019)- The Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association hosted the 39th annual Professionalism (OBIE) Awards which took place Saturday, October 26th at the Georgia Aquarium in downtown Atlanta. Patrick Malloy Communities took home an astonishing 15 awards at this prestigious event, including the Gold Award for “Community of the Year.” This adds to their previous 23 awards making a total of 38 OBIE Awards for Patrick Malloy Communities in the past three years.
With over 100 different categories, the OBIE Awards highlights those in the homebuilding industry for excellence in building, marketing and personal achievements. Patrick Malloy Communities won 10 Gold Awards and five Silver Awards for its communities of Hillandale, Milton Run, Wescott, Soleil Laurel Canyon and Kyle Farm. Along with winning the Gold Award for “Community of the Year,” Kyle Farm, located in West Cobb, also won awards for “Best Floor Plan” and “Best Community Amenity.”
